Important changes to how you sign-in to PayLogic
Morningstar is committed to continuously enhancing our products and services for our clients. We are taking steps to provide more seamless integration and navigation between our platforms by moving towards a single username and password for all Morningstar products.
On 21st February, 2022 we will be introducing changes to how you sign in into PayLogic.
- If you are already a subscriber of Adviser Research Centre, Morningstar Direct or AdviserLogic, you will use your existing credentials to sign in into PayLogic. No other action is required.
- If you do not use other Morningstar products, you will be required to register with Morningstar’s central sign-in system. This is a one-time process and takes approximately five minutes.
Steps to register to Morningstar central sign-in system
Step 1: Click on the URL https://signin.adviserlogic.com/paylogic and you’ll be redirected to the new sign in page.
Step 2 – Set Your Password: Click on the “Forgot Password?” link to set your new PayLogic password. A password reset email will be received on the registered email id. After clicking the link in your email, you will be redirected to the new sign-in page. You will be then be asked to enroll for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) which is an additional security layer.
Step 3 - MFA Enrollment: Enrolling in Multi-Factor Authentication is a one-time activity for the device you are using. You will be prompted to enter your mobile number and country. A SMS message will be received with a one-time code. Enter the code and click Continue to confirm your identity.
Step 4 – Confirmation: Once the MFA enrollment is completed you will be provided with a recovery code for future logins in case there is an issue with SMS delivery. However, this recovery code can be used only once. In case you sign in using the recovery code, you will be again provided with a new recovery code for future use.
The enrollment stage is now complete. You can now sign in into PayLogic via the new sign-in page.
Note – Once all users have been successfully registered on the Morningstar central sign-in system, the existing PayLogic login page (shown below) will be retired. In the meantime you may continue to sign- using your current credentials. The final date for retiring the existing PayLogic sign-in will be communicated in due course. The new Morningstar product link is also provided incase you wish to sign-in once registered.
