To commence an Investment Datafeed from IOOF Group, please follow these steps:
NOTE: Investment Datafeeds are only available to users holding an Investment Adviser License or Comprehensive Adviser License.

PHASE ONE - REQUEST THE DATAFEED
The first step is to request the initialisation of the Datafeed from the IOOF Group.
To active this new IOOF Group Datafeed, an adviser doesn’t need to raise it via this link anymore:

To register the new IOOF Group EPI 4.3 Datafeed, advisers must sign in to IOOF Online (Adviser and dealer group login) and enable the Datafeed there.
To establish the new IOOF Group data feed, you need to be a registered adviser for IOOF Online first.

Once you have logged in to IOOF Online, you will need to enable data feeds by updating your profile setting under ‘My account’ as per the below screenshot.
To enable, you are required to accept the terms and conditions, and enter your password to finalise.
PHASE TWO - LINKING THE IOOF Group FEED TO ADVISERLOGIC
1) Log in to your AdviserLogic account.
2) Go to Datafeeds:
3) Choose "Datafeed Codes" from the menu on the left:
4) Click "Add", and in the Window that appears, select “IOOF Group”:
5) The page will update to display the necessary fields; The adviser should select IOOF Group as the Provider and use the adviser code and their own IOOF Online username/password as credentials:
Provider = IOOF Group
Account 1= It is the Adviser code, IPS5455 — 'IPS' followed by 4 characters of adviser code
Authentication code= IOOF Online username(Login)
Password = IOOF Online password
The Adviser Code, User Name, and Password are what needs to be entered into AdviserLogic to link your IOOF Group data to your account.
That’s it! Your IOOF Group Datafeed should then commence automatically within 48-72 hours once the setup is completed in IOOF’s systems.
