How to archive or re-open an archived super fund- SuperLogic 2.0

 

Archive a Superfund:

By using the below highlighted icon, you can archive a Superfund:

When you click on “Archive” as highlighted in the above image, a pop-up window will open on your screen and portray the below message:

 “Archiving will move this superfund to an archived folder and change its status to Closed. All the underlying investments will be removed from Assets and Portfolio. Are you sure you want to continue?”

This means that the status of the Superfund will show as closed and this superfund will reflect in the Archive folder. Once you click on confirm, the fund will be moved to an Archive folder.

When there are no funds in the Archive folder, it will say the below:

 

When there is a fund in the Archive folder, it will say the below:

In this scenario, click on “View 1 archived” and then you will be able to see the Archived Superfund. The status of the fund will reflect as Closed and total balance will be $0.00. Please refer to the below screen-shot:

Re-open an archived superfund:

Also, you have the option to reinstate the archived fund. You have to click on the 3-horizontal lines and you will be able to see “Re-open”. Please refer to the below screen-shot:

 

Once you click on re-open, a pop-up window will open on your screen. Please refer to the below screenshot:   

Once you have clicked on “Yes”, then that particular fund will be moved to the Active Funds folder.
