You can map with a different Adviser Name that what is in the file uploaded in Upload Data File or Adviser Name which is added in Advisers page, by using Existing Adviser Option. You can follow the below steps for this:
1. Add Adviser Group from Adviser Groups page in Business setup.
2. Add Adviser for that Adviser Group from Advisers Page in Business setup.
3. Click on Unmapped Accounts in Data Management.
4. Select any record which is to be mapped with New Adviser (Record gets selected and map button displays).
5. Click on Map button. A pop as below will appear:
6. Select Existing Adviser option in “Map With” drop down.
7. Enter any Letter of Adviser Name in Adviser Name All Adviser Names (with their Authorised
Rep No. and Adviser Group Name) which consist that letter and already added in Advisers
Page in Business Setup, will be displayed in the Adviser Name drop down.
8. Select any one Adviser from the drop down menu and click on save button.
9. The pop up window will close and the record which was mapped, will be removed from the
Unmapped Accounts page.
