Status of uploaded commission statement : Not processed

Once you upload the file, please check the status by following below  steps :

  • Go to 'Upload Data File'
  • Select 'Product Provider'
  • Click on the uploaded file below

A grid will appear in which you can check the status of the file. If the status of the file is showing as “Not Processed”. Please raise your query on paylogicsupport@morningstar.com
