- Quick Search: Limit to last 100 clients accessed
To activate this feature, Click on ‘Quick Search: Limit to last 100 clients accessed’ & then ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, you would be restricted to view only the last 100 clients you have accessed on the Adviser Home.
- Quick Search: Only display my clients
To activate this feature, you have to select ‘Quick Search: Only display my clients’ & then ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, you would be able to view the data of your clients only in the Quick Search for whom the Adviser is you.
- Show Client Mailing Address as Default
To set client’s mailing address on Client home, you need to select ‘Show Client Mailing Address as Default’ & then ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, the mailing address of the client will appear on his/her client home page as follows:
- Show confirmation before closing a client tab
To confirm before closing any client tab, select ‘Show confirmation before closing a client tab’ & then ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, the notification will appear each time confirming before you close any client tab.
- Default to Hide Zero Assets Balances
To activate this feature, select ‘Default to Hide Zero Assets Balances’ & then ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, all the assets with Zero balance in your Assets section will hide automatically & would be set as default as follows:
- Default to Hide Zero Liabilities Balances
To activate this feature, select ‘Default to Hide Zero Liabilities Balances’ & then ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, all the Liabilities with Zero balance in your Liabilities section will hide automatically & would be set as default as follows:
- Default to Hide Completed and Abandoned Tasks
If you wish to hide all completed & abandoned tasks, select ‘Default to Hide Completed and Abandoned Tasks’ & click ‘Save’.
Once it has been saved, all the tasks which have status as Completed or Abandoned will not be shown in the Tasks section of the clients as follows:
- Default to Hide Closed Super Funds
If you wish to hide all closed Super Funds, select ‘Default to Hide closed Super Funds’ & click ‘Save’.
Once it has been saved, all the Super Funds which are closed will not be shown in the Fact Finder section of the clients as follows:
- Use Alternative Asset Allocation by Default
This feature discards incoming asset allocation data and assigns an alternative allocation based on the Sector Allocation of the asset. You can select ‘Use Alternative Asset Allocation by Default’ & click ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected, you may easily download a report based on the set allocation of assets.
- Show Affinity Index as Default
To view an affinity index for your client. Select ‘Show Affinity’ & click ‘Save’.
Once it has been saved, you can view an Affinity Index on the client home page as shown below:
- Show Client Category on Client Home
Selecting this feature gives you access to view the category of your client on client home page. Select ‘Show client category’ & Click ‘Save’.
Once it has been saved, you will able to view the category assigned to the clients on their home page as follows:
- File Note: Import Email order by date sent
You can view the e-mails imported at your adviserlogic account in File note as per the sent dates by selecting ‘File note: Import email by date sent’ & ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, you can view all the emails in the respective client’s File note according to the date it has been sent to the client.
- Share Datafeeds
If any user wish to share the datafeed code linked with other advisers or users, he will have to select ‘Share Datafeeds’ & ‘Save’.
Once it is selected then the secondary advisers would be able to view the list of Datafeeds in their respective account and they can check & map the account codes to the clients.
Note: If user doesn’t have any datafeed codes entered himself, it won't do anything useful to it.
- Diary default do not notify setting
If you wish not to receive any notifications regarding the upcoming planned events, select ‘Dairy default do not notify setting’ & click ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected & saved, then you will not receive any notifications & it will appear as default while adding any new appointment. Refer the screenshot:
- Default to 'Just Us' visibility in Client Document Vault
To set the visibility of any document just to you, select ‘Default to 'Just Us' visibility in Client Document Vault’ & then ‘Save’.
Once it has been selected, the client may not be able to view that particular document in his ‘Document Vault’. It will be just visible to Adviser.
