Desktop Broker Datafeeds (Data Feeds)

To commence an Investment Datafeed from Desktop Broker, please follow these steps:

NOTE: Investment Datafeeds are only available to users holding an Investment Adviser License or Comprehensive Adviser License.
Contact your BDM for more information on License Types.

 

PHASE ONE - REQUEST THE DATAFEED

The first step is to request the initialisation of the datafeed.

Send the below email:

SUBJECT: Desktop Broker Data Feed
MAILTO: support@desktopbroker.com.au
CC: support@adviserlogic.com

Dear Support Team,

Please arrange a data feed into AdviserLogic for all of existing client accounts, pending client accounts, and any client accounts opened in the future under the following Adviser:

Adviser Name: [Insert Adviser Name]
Adviser Code: [Insert Adviser Code]

Once you have done so, please reply by email confirming that the datafeeds have been set up.

PHASE TWO- LINK  THE DATAFEED TO YOUR ADVISERLOGIC ACCOUNT

1) Log in to your AdviserLogic account.

2) Go to Datafeeds:

 

3) Click "Add", and in the Window that appears, select Desktop broker:

4) The page will update to display the necessary fields; enter your CFS Dealer Code and Adviser Code as a single,

That’s it! Your datafeed will arrive in our systems with in 48 hours after it is set up.

Investment details and Add/Redeem Transactions

This Datafeed updates daily.

 

What information is not available?

Income/Dividend transactional data, any Owner/Superfund data except the Name and Account Code
