Step 1 - Navigate to Email
Go to the emails section via the tool bar:
Step 2 - Creating a template
Create body of your template in the large white free-text area and click on save.
Step 3 - Saving Template
Once you click on Save, a dialog box will appear where you will need to enter Template Name and select the Category you want to add the template to.
To add a Template Category, follow the below steps:
(i) Click on Template
(ii) A new dialog box 'Template Manager' will open where you need to click on Add Category,
Enter in the category name on the next screen and click on Save.
