Manage Client Login

Step One - Create a Client Login

Go to Tools → Client Logins → Manage Client Logins

Click on Add to add a new login for a client:

Enter the name of the client and select them from the search results.

Then enter the Login Email - this will serve as the Username for this client login.

Set a password (using the 'Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields) and click on Save at the bottom of the page.

You can then simply provide this login email and password to the client to allow them to access their AdviserLogic account.

Before you do so, you may want to set their access levels.

Step Two - Access Levels

Select from a list of options in the Allowed Sections to control which parts of AdviserLogic sections you want to give access for.

You can choose 'No Access', 'Read Only' or 'All Access' for various areas.

Note that the Client Home area will be locked on 'All Access' - this is the landing page for the client when they log in, and so cannot be hidden from them.
