GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLASS DATAFEED

What information does this feed provide?

Investment details, but Unit Balance only.

This Datafeed updates daily.

What information is not available?

Transactional data, any Owner/Superfund data except the Name and Account Code

What conflicts might it cause?

The Class system accepts datafeeds from other sources. Some of those sources also send direct Datafeeds to AdviserLogic. If that source is sending data to Class and to AdviserLogic it can cause a conflict.

The most common provider for this is Macquarie CMA.

The Macquarie Datafeed provides Balance and Transaction information (allowing for more advanced reporting options), where the Class feed only provides Balance information. However the Class feed may be providing more than just Macquarie data. The simplest solution will be to avoid mapping the Macquarie account in AdviserLogic, and use the reporting options in Class instead of those in AdviserLogic.

This conflict applies to any Datafeed option that Class and AdviserLogic share, and the same solution applies for each.

The Class Datafeed sends through any item that has been entered as an ‘Asset’ in Class. It cannot qualify or filter this at all. It is your responsibility to ensure the data on the Class side is correct.
