AMP North Datafeeds (Data Feeds)

To commence an Investment Datafeed from AMP North or myNorth, please follow these steps:

NOTE: Investment Datafeeds are only available to users holding an Investment Adviser License or Comprehensive Adviser License.
Contact your BDM for more information on License Types.

PHASE ONE - REQUEST THE DATAFEED FILES

Log in to North Online.

Start by going to https://portal.northonline.com.au and logging in:

Next, go to the "Reporting" tab:

Once it loads, select the Adviser from the dropdown menu:

This will load some new options below the dropdown menu.

Tick the 'Register' box, and select the 'Coin' option below that, then click "Submit".

This will cause a confirmation message to appear; click 'Accept' to finalise the request.

You can repeat these steps for any other Advisers that require the datafeed - there may be several options in the dropdown menu.

PHASE TWO - RETRIEVE THE DATAFEED FILES

The Datafeed Files take around 24 hours to generate after you request them. Once that time has elapsed, return to North Online.

Go to the "Reporting" tab again:

Select the Adviser from the dropdown menu:

The following page will list the Datafeed options, and will have a number of files at the bottom of the page. Download each file that does not have a 'Download Date' showing, by clicking on the link to the file name:

PHASE THREE - UPLOAD THE DATAFEED FILE TO ADVISERLOGIC

1) Log in to your AdviserLogic account.

2) Go to Datafeeds:

3) Choose "EPI (XML)" from the menu on the left:

4) Click "Add Files", and in the browse window that appears, locate the North Archive file:

5) Click "Open" to begin uploading. Once the upload completes, the file will be displayed as follows:

6) Finally, go to the Datafeed Codes section:

7) Click "Add" and select "AXA North":

8) Enter your 6 digit Adviser Code into the first empty field, and click 'Save'.

That’s it! The North file should 'disappear' overnight, and the Client account data will become available in the "Active EPI Datafeeds" section of the Datafeeds area, linked to your Adviser Code.

If the North file is still visible the next day, contact Datafeeds@Adviserlogic.com for assistance (be sure to include a copy of the Archive file).
