Please refer to the below instructions.
1. Go to Tools → Consequences and Reasons
2. Select either Consequences or Reasons to add to the list. You can add as many as you like.
3. You also have the choice of hiding specific consequences and reasons from the lists. Once the hide tickbox is selected, that particular entry will no longer display when you try to add a new super rollover or insurance.
4. You can add reasons/consequences by using the add button available on the top-right corner.
