IOOF Datafeeds (Data Feeds)

To commence an Investment Datafeed from IOOF, please follow these steps:

NOTE: Investment Datafeeds are only available to users holding an Investment Adviser License or Comprehensive Adviser License.
Contact your BDM for more information on License Types.

PHASE ONE - REQUEST THE DATAFEED

The first step is to request the initialisation of the datafeed from IOOF.

Go to: https://dataservices.ioof.com.au/support

Fill in the Adviser's information, and in the "Details" section of the form, enter "Please sign me up for AdviserLogic datafeeds."

Once all is filled in, submit the request.

Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from IOOF's Support Team. This email contains four critical pieces of information:

Adviser Name = [Adviser's Name]
Adviser Code = [6 digits]
User Name = [Adviser Code with an 'M' at the start]
Password = [random characters]

The Adviser Code, User Name, and Password are what needs to be entered into AdviserLogic to link your IOOF data to your account.

Note: The User Name and Password are not the same as your IOOF Website login.

PHASE TWO - LINKING THE IOOF FEED TO ADVISERLOGIC

1) Log in to your AdviserLogic account.

2) Go to Datafeeds:

3) Choose "Datafeed Codes" from the menu on the left:

4) Click "Add", and in the Window that appears, select “IOOF”:

 5) The page will update to display the necessary fields; enter your IOOF Adviser Code (6 Digits), the User Name (which is the Adviser Code with an 'M' at the start), and the Password:

That’s it! Your IOOF datafeed should then commence automatically once the setup is completed in IOOF’s systems.
