From time to time, you may find you have two individual client records that would be more accurately stored as a single "Client and Partner" style record. In order to 'Marry' the two records together, you can follow these instructions.
Note: You will need access to Administration Tools in order to use this feature.
Go to Tools > Advance Records Management > Manage Marry
Select the primary client (i.e. the client that you would work with more) and the partner from a drop down list once you type in their name.
Once you have the correct entries selected, click Marry. The Partner record will be attached to the Client record and you'll end up with a new Client and Partner record which contains the information from both original records.
