Note: This feature requires Administrative access
Go to Tools → Insurers
From this new window:
- Insurer Name- Select an insurer from the list of existing insurers
- Merge Insurer- Select the insurer to be merged into from the drop down menu
Once you click Merge, all policies listed as "Custom Insurer" will be changed to show the insurer as "Asteron Life" and "Custom Insurer" will be removed as an insurer option in the example below.
Note: You can only merge Custom to Custom insurers or Custom to Standard Insurers.
Alternatively you can eliminate this insurer from returning results for quotes by ticking the "Insurer excluded from comparison".
