Bulk VCard is a card that has all the contact related information of a client entered in AdviserLogic like email address, contact number & address, etc.
A single vCard can be generated through Client account> Fact Finder> Contact Details> Bulk vCard.
Once you click on Bulk vCard, you will get a file downloaded in your desktop.
To generate Bulk vCard for all the clients (apply filter), please follow below steps:
Go to Tools. Select Bulk Export to Outlook under Adviser Tools > General.
You can search for various clients & select by ticking a check box towards the left in the section as shown below:
If you do not want to generate a vCard for the clients that are selected as ‘Do not Contact’ under Fact Finder> Contact details, Select Yes. Similarly, if you don't want the details of the partner, switch off the toggle. The respective clients will not come up under search results.
Once you’ve selected the clients respectively, click on Export & select a file that you want to save & download.
CSV file is an excel file & VCF is an RAR ZIP file that will open in Outlook once the files are extracted.
